I've spent the last few weeks stressed about the coaching situation and I'm sure I'll be stressed about it another 2-3 weeks but what a fricking time to be an ole miss rebel. Thankful for this group of players that have played their asses off all year. So many times it looked like the moment would be too big for Chambliss when he made a mistake and he kept his composure in close games to come through time and time again. A guy like Austin Simmons that had every reason to pout because he lost his job when he got hurt on a terrible play call and he's done nothing but accept his current role and be a supportive backup. Receivers that don't seem to complain about any lack of personal numbers. An offensive line that seems to improve every week. Lacy... we all know, he's the fricking man. And a defense that despite a serious lack of talent on the back end keeps doing what needs to be done when they have to.

I'm thankful for the people who have made the atmosphere incredible for us fans. The fireworks, drones, songs, video montages, etc... incredible job.

And I'm thankful we have a coaching staff that is maximizing the talent of this team. This was supposed to be a rebuilding year that we hoped Simmons arm talent could get us to 8 wins. This is not a team full of nfl players and not nearly as talented as last year and they are 10-1. Whatever happens with Kiffin, he has kept this team focused and he is coaching his arse off. He's turned this program into something I'm not sure many people thought it could be.

I'm sure I'll overreact and forget all this if we lose to state or kiffin leaves, but finishing 8-0 at home this year with the atmosphere we've had, just an incredible time for myself and my family coming to Oxford all year. Don't want the Lane situation distract people from how truly awesome this season has been.

Thank you for the perspective. It was miserable just sitting in the stadium for Nutt's last Egg Bowl in Oxford. The offensive playbook looked like something out of a high school JV game and our sound system didn't even work correctly. Rebs losing 31-9 late in the 3rd quarter with no hope of winning while Masoli ran for his life play after play. Makes it very easy to appreciate these last several years.

We’ve come a long way since the day time fireworks fiasco that knocked out half the power in the stadium during the Orgeron era. Comparing that to the atmosphere against Florida this past weekend is like comparing horse drawn carriages to the automobile.

The biggest change has been going from Pete Boone to Ross Bjork to Keith Carter. That's an upgrade that has really made the biggest difference.

You guys should be proud. It’s a great season that could end up beyond great.

It’s fun to watch unfold even from over here.

Not sure what is cute about it. I have no ill will against OM or any OM fans.

Your group here is pretty damn solid and I have enjoyed watching your great season unfold.

Not everything has to be complicated.

Sometime a compliment is just that.
