What do you mean "this year?" We are always manic-depressive; it comes with being an OM fan..
Is "Pumpkin" actually a color?
I am sorry sir, but rationality is frowned upon here..
We wouldn't need him. Saban is already confirmed to be his replacement.
I don't think he's leaving, but, the general feeling among the fans when he was hired was that he would be leaving at some point, and he would leave the program in a hell of a lot better shape that when he got here.
Don't get cocky. Once they hire Kiffin, UK better look out.

Oh, wait....
It would be funny if he just gathered up all his stuff and moved back into the HC office.
Something weird about those pictures. I don't see a rifle barrel or bolt handle anywhere. Looks almost like a stack of rifle stocks.

2024 Ole Miss defense: 13th in the nation for yards allowed per game, second in the nation for points allowed per game, third in the nation for sacks. But, I agree that LSU should not hire Kiffin.

I think the LSU job is the top choice for somebody looking to make a move. The biggest downside would be uncertainty about the administration. If it were to become known that major boosters want Woodward out with only an interim president in place, candidates won't know who they would be working for. In fact, a new president might decide to replace the AD anyway. I don't have a good feel for how significant that will be.

Good luck with the search.

I would say it was very successful. It's been four days; we don't have a king and no sign of one on the horizon. Well done, muppets!.
I was on the PhD committee for a chemistry major. After working for a few years in the aerospace field, she asked if I could advise her on getting an ME degree (my department). She was in her late 30's. I looked at her options and figured out that she could actually finish an MS in ME faster than a BS. I was her MS advisor and she knocked it out pretty easily. This will be generally true since graduate degree programs are much more flexible and individualized than undergrad and she didn't have to take statics, dynamics, mechanical design, etc. and could focus on thermal-fluid sciences topics, where she had a good background.

If your degrees are in the sciences, you might contact a graduate advisor at your intended university and ask about that. Good luck with it.
I haven't been to a game in Tiger Stadium for several years, and reading this thread makes me sad.
The only thing that beats a good campfire is a good campfire on the beach.
Well, it had already ended in the British Empire, without bloodshed, with the Crown essentially buying out the slave owners. It was already doomed in the rest of North America by the industrial revolution.
They might not be very good, but i think they have the coolest logo in college football.
I wonder if the "protestors" knew ahead of time that the cops wouldn't show up?
There are a LOT of videos on YouTube of reasonable folks giving up their radical leftist fantasies, but this is one of the best. Take hope; we are winning where it really counts.
I agree that there seems to be too much noise for a game where Ole Miss was favored by 1.5-2.5 points. Basically, they covered the spread, so why all the excitement either way.
The idea is not to evaluate the students as much as it is to evaluate teaching methods and their results. These results, especially the miraculous improvements in MS and LA scores over the last few years, indicate that the curriculum changes in our public schools are working extremely well.
