I haven’t followed them. MSU is looking for bowl eligibility and they see us as their best chance to get it

Mizzou just wants to win

Is the Miss State quarterback going to play?

My understanding is that Mississippi State has decided not to compete this year.

They’re fighting for bowl eligibility.

They’re gonna be a tough out. Georgia just wrecked them pretty good but for the most part, they’ve been in all their games

Yes, but not the one you're hoping for

State is baaaaddd. But, unlike other teams (Arkansas), they still play hard. You don't want to let them hang around. If it is close in the 4th quarter they can absolutely knock you off.

They are going to swing for the fences if you don't shut them down early. The bulldogs have exactly zero to lose and quite a bit to gain.

Kamarrio Taylor will likely be the starting QB due to Shapen’s injury. Most state fans would rather KT be the starter anyway. Elite recruit with a big frame, plus speed, and a big arm. I think we’ll compete in this game and be right there in the fourth quarter ready to frick it up or win a nail biter. I think we lose a close one:

31-28 Missouri

Get your dumbfrick OC to run Hardy and his mate 60 times and by the 4th quarter MS will cry uncle.

I'm actually shocked that this wasn't the play against A&M.

If KT starts at QB, we will have a limited playbook, but a QB capable of beating you with his legs. He's the highest rated QB Mississippi State has ever had, and he's that Dak Prescott/Cam Newton build.

He's an extremely accurate passer, but you can tell he has trouble with the playbook. He's an 18 year old freshman so he will get better. If he's in the RPO or scrambling, he looks really good.

If Shapen starts at QB, he's the better passer, but little to no threat to run.

I would think with Missouri's strengths around the DL, KT is a better option even if Shapen is healthy.

You probably will, Hardy will have 250+, doesn’t matter who we start at QB if we never have the ball.

If Shapen starts and plays most of the game, we will lose by 2 scores.

MSU boat races Mizzou. A&M broke them.

Yeah I’d probably rephrase that relatively accurate

Kamarrio Taylor

He will probably be a great player someday, but Mizzou will win handily if he has to throw more than a dozen times.

Those buttholes are likely going to lose to you just so they can go into the Egg Bowl needing that 6th win.

An Egg Bowl team needing that 6th win against a ranked opponent somehow plays their absolute best.
