Are we seeing why the Manning’s dislike LSU?

Four Manning’s recruited out of New Orleans, none went to LSU. The Mannings seem like real stand up, classy people and this contract nonsense from LSU likely is just a glimpse into why they chose to go elsewhere.

They all had better options than LSU.

If that’s the case, they would’ve made sure refs kept them from winning games in 2019.

It’s another thing that LSU fans often say. It’s kind of a joke.

Archie never lived in New Orleans until he played for the Saints.

Archie wasn't recruited out of NOLA.

He's from Timbuktu Mississippi Delta.

Archie's dad was a diehard Ole Miss fan and Archie grew up during a time when Ole Miss and LSU were each other's greatest rival. Archie was raised hating LSU.

Archie is from Drew. Timbuktu is across the river.

They know that making to the nfl is a given no matter where they go so they pick a place they want to be not just because it’s home

I think it's more they don't want to be associated with an organization that lacks class.

If that was the case they wouldn’t have let Archibald go to tu.

So now you're saying you didn't recruit them?

And yet, LSU has done just fine without any of them.

That's not the point of this thread. Of course LSU has done well.

The point of this thread is to discuss why highly recruited NOLA Manning's didn't pick the instate school. To me, it's becoming increasingly clear it's because they hold themselves to a higher standard than what LSU stands for.
