I see it the exact opposite. Considering his lack of coaching experience when he got that job it's a minor miracle he's been relatively successful. He had like five years of experience coaching high school ball and only one or two of them was as the HC. Going from that directly to leading a college program with serious expectations is a massive jump.

Its early but I am not confident in Portal Moser. Lost to Zaga pretty big and seemed worse than last year. Fears was a job saver for Moser a year ago and he brought in portals. But I just don’t see any system. When I watch Thunder they have set plays and ball movement. When I watch OU its just stale.
Maybe he can mold them in a bid but I just don’t see it albeit very early season. In SEC there is no way to manufacture many wins and a team gets exposed quickly.
In all sports the SEC has really increased the bar. NIL has allowed normally lower tier teams to make a few moves and be decent and tough outs. If Moser can’t get us an easy bid then he’s gone.
