If Ole Miss somehow loses, you have to think it would eliminate them from the playoff. There are several teams that have two losses with better resumes. Ole Miss’ only respectable win would be against Oklahoma, and the Florida loss would be a disaster.

Why? Everyone is saying 10-2 or better gets us in

If we lose, it'll be the second year Lane shite the bed with an "easy" road to the playoffs with losses to inferior teams. Obviously we want to keep him as our HC, but a lot of the built up good will would start eroding.

Would that make Georgia's only "respectable win" being an OT game against TN?

If you’re not counting our win against you, then yes. Although we do have Texas this weekend.

Probably Tulane, first team out of the most recent AP poll.

Admittedly, the schedule looks not the strongest, but I digress...When we beat LSU, they were undefeated and #3. Very amped up game. LSU isn't the same team as they were before we demoralized them.

Also, We absolutely wore out Tulane who gets a lot of that group of 5 love.

In what years would one consider playing an SEC schedule weak? It's rare.

OK weasel...

But I doubt that you lose against Florida for one major reason.

Many of the Florida players have mailed it in.

I.E. Wilson has asked for a red-shirt.

By the way, if you can't beat a team that just lost to Kentucky by 31 points I doubt that the committee would give you much sympathy.

I’m not gonna belittle your record just because you only have two wins over teams above .500. UGA has a solid record and beat FL by 4. Good job.

One of those wins was against you. How could you belittle our record?

Georgia has better remaining schedule than Ole Miss. They could lose to Texas or Georgia Tech and still make the playoffs. Just got to beat one of those. Ole Miss just has Florida and Mississippi State. Lose either of those, and it’s going to be a bad look. Could still sneak in though.

You’re the one doing that. You are downplaying the quality of your signature win this season, against OM.

He isn't smart enough to undertstand that crapping on his teams best win is a dumb look.

But, he's a troll so it is no surprise at all.

What I find amusing is the vitriol from UF fans and some(not all) UGA fans towards Ole Miss.

We aren't supposed to be constantly in their thoughts. We aren't rivals. Nobody at Ole Miss has anything against UF/UGA at all....not even a little bit.

They are shocked? Afraid? I don't get it.

Dallas Wilson had foot surgery. Maybe it was one of those he could have put off, I don’t know. But either way, it was real. Eugene Wilson had ankle surgery. Tank Hawkins is the guy who asked for a redshirt. I don’t blame him considering he didn’t redshirt last year and hardly got used.

But yeah, WR room is depleted and QB can’t throw. So, that really simplifies the game plan for Ole Miss.
