Why mizzou

Why does mizzou play varsity sports? All sports, all time two national championships. Last time they won anything of significance in football was a co-conference championship in 1969 only 56 years ago. Do the tax payers have grounds for financial malpractice against the university for wasting money. Has any university won less championships

Minnesota has never lost a football game to Alabama. O-1. From a game 20 years ago. This is basically the same as what you are presenting. Although your victory over OU was one year ago, you can’t tell anyone in here with a straight face that OU this year is the same as OU last year

I went to Norman last year to see the campus. My word.
First, the campus is built around the football stadium. It is like the football team comes first, and the rest of the campus and town was an afterthought.
I wish I was joking, but I’m not, OU was by far the most pathetic and ugly campus I have ever seen in my life, and I have been to many. A bunch of crappy buildings built in the 60’s and 70’s, and a bunch of dead grass, with a few scraggly trees mixed in. Community colleges in MO have a better student rec center. The dorms are straight out of the Soviet Union. The fraternities and sororities were nothing to write home about either. Lloyd Noble arena is straight from the 70’s in a gigantic parking lot with weeds growing all over the place in the parking lot cracks.
There is a group of bars north of campus that are pathetic. It is like one block.
There’s a downtown area where there are allegedly bars, but you have to cross a rusty, crappy railroad track to get there from campus. There are literally rusty railroad cars with graffiti sitting there. I mean WTF.
Norman is a dump. The word that comes to mind when I think of Norman is weedwacker. I don’t know why the residents there let it look like crap, but hey to each there own.
So, please enjoy those big W’s from the 60’s and 80’s, and ping pong or whatever else Olympic sports you are winning at. You do you.

If the question is why Mizzou to the SEC before OK? Ur head has always been too far up UT's arse to think for yourselves. Follow daddy. Also, all of this history and such that you speak of is over in the SEC. Say what you will about Mizzou, but ur middle of the pack at best here...flea
