What else can he say? Whether that’s true or not.

I'm sure the offensive coordinations across the G6 nation are looking for their promotion

LSU already defunded as much of their childrens hospitals it could last time around

Now its making tax payers pay out firing BK and Woodward

They are going to have to put out a bond to pay for some middling coach at this rate

There isn't an agent for a non-P4 coach that hasn't called LSU on behalf of their client...and Arkansas...and Florida...and Penn State...and UCLA...and Va Tech...Stanford...and on and on.

I'm sure there's interest, but I can guarantee you if Jimmy Sexton cannot get a big buyout in his client's contracts, it won't be any coaches represented by him, which Lane Kiffin is one of those.

Nelson Stewart, former head coach at Newman High School in New Orleans who coached Arch Manning and Odell Beckham, Jr. is near the top of LSU’s list. Stewart is interested if LSU can meet his demands: an annual salary of $200,000 and free Cane’s for life.

LSU has countered with $150,000 and free Cane’s on Friday and Saturdays of home game weekends. Negotiations are underway. We are not sure who is negotiating on LSU’s behalf, though we know it is not their AD.

Interim AD literally just said that he is willing to do whatever it takes to get a new coach, and whatever the governor said is not what has been told to him to do and is not what he plans to do. What Landry is doing is just a dog and pony show, anything spewed from his mouth is nothing that LSU has told him to do. He has done that on his own accord just to get publicity. frick him, hope he enjoys his last couple years in office.

Sexton has made an arse load of money off of LSU coaches over the last 25 years. I’m sure he will be very forgiving as long as we give that big contract, and believe me we will. Verge basically just said we would do whatever we had to do to get the best coach available. Go and listen to what he just said if you need proof.

This is setting up for nuclear warfare if LSU somehow hires a top candidate. The hell unleashed by LSU fans for this might be unmatched.
