Layla and Lane had a phone call with Scotlandville High's Coaching Staff this morning

The call took place at 9am. Just getting some early feelers out there apparently. Lane really wants Knox to attend a school where he can grow as a student as well as in the classroom. Mom is being a mom and focusing on her child's safety and social acceptance. She wants to ensure he will be pistol whipped and dating an unwed teenage mother by President's Day. I can't reveal my secret sauce but they're inside the Manning Center. Please pin this thread here or move to the Coaching Board. I will provide updates as they come over.

Update: My sauce just called me back and confirmed the Kiffins also emailed the Belaire and Woodlawn High coaching staffs. The sauce had one coach's side chick burner phone number and called to question him. When asked 'Have you had any electronic correspondence with Lane and Layla Kiffin today?' the answer was 'Was dat you aksin me ?!?' Sounds to me like folks are being tight lipped and playing this one close to the kevlar vest. Stay tuned for more updates.

They've already had conversations about IMG if he goes to UF, supposedly. But I have to imagine he will want Knox closer than that.

IMG is basically away from home anyway. Most of the kids just live there.

We are enjoying the season and watching everybody beg to have our coach.

This is great and reminds me of years ago, when the hot item on Husker message boards was Urban Meyer’s wife was confirmed to be checking on the costs of cable hookup in a couple of potential Lincoln neighborhoods.
