Florida actively searching for African American coach

As everyone knows, Florida has never had an AA coach. There is a lot of talk that they will finally hire one to lead the team now that Napier has been relieved of his duties.
This guy:
does not fit the bill, even though he is available and would probably be a good choice. Are there any black coaches that would be good a hire at Florida?

Curious, would Penn State be off the hook for the $50 million buyout owed to James Franklin if he were hired by another school, let's say by UF?

ETA: I'm just giving UF crap. But if FSU fires Norvell, I would fully expect the noles to make a run at Deion.
