It's Hawkins vs Arch now. Hawkins was 14-24 for 162 and took 2 sacks vs Kent State.

Kent State.

Don't get me wrong I hate Texas and Arch as much as anyone, but it's college football. The team that fights out a hard loss on the road (welcome to the SEC Texas) usually bounces back with a better performance the next week.

Downvote away, but when it comes time to place your bets take Texas.

Hard to say. I haven’t seen Arch vs Kent State

I wouldn't be surprised actually.

Honestly, when this SEC season is over, we could all be laughing at each other.

But more will be laughing at Texas, of course.

Mateer or no Mateer I dont see how we are favored. Their DL is going to murder our OL.

It's always best to throw out the records in Rivalry games IMO

You left out the part where Hawkins threw for 3TDs and ran for a 4th TD and didn't play at all in the 4th Quarter.

Because of course you did.

would be par for the course in this crazy rivalry.

I "expect" Arch will be overwhelmed
by OU's D, which is why 'sips will probably win in a low-scoring affair,
20- 15.

OU’s defense may cripple Arch before half . I see a 3 int game coming from Manning

Before yesterday, I thought Texas had a legit chance even if Mateer came back, because of our Defense and RB (Wisner) coming back from injury.

Now, If you were to tell me Hawkins will start the game completely drunk and only bounce the ball off of his forehead, I wouldn't bet on Texas.

I love your confidence in the team I love, but I’m not feeling it this year.

The lesser team usually wins the RRR.

The game is already over. You can’t correct what was seen in Gainesville in 6 days, or even 6 months.

Both offenses will get some short field possessions where they will put points on the board.

I think 4 tackling dummies could murder our OL.
