Arch Manning causes me to have serious doubt about the recruiting process.

All of the major programs wanted this kid. They were all wrong. I thought each recruit was subjected to an intense evaluation process before an offer was made. Arch is tall and he can run but he has a 2 star arm and he’s scared shitless.

Surely Saban, Kirby, and all the other big time coaches that wanted him were able to see that his arm was as strong as a 14 year old girl’s? I find it hard to believe that he was the number 1 recruit for that high school class because he’s related to Eli and Peyton Manning.

You should probably re-visit his offer list.

You ever buy something because it's new and improved over the one you have and then are disappointed? That's Arch. Anyone that wants can go back a couple of years and my posts are consistent; noodle arm at best.

Manning hasn’t gotten much coaching. Many forget Ewers was the one of the top rated QB’s in Texas HS history.

It's called public relations. All AD's are responsible for that.

And Arch was a public relations goldmine. Eff whether he could play.

Holy hell. Do you also think airlines are 'sorry for the inconvenience' when they bump you from a flight? Or that Wendy's burgers are 'fresh never frozen'? Lol

He was the number one rated recruit for his class.

Yeah you see the Mannings constantly on espn and tv shows and commercials so a lot of programs just saw dollar signs and wanted to bring that circus to town. No one stopped to actually evaluate the talent this kid has.

He was. Look at rivals and 247 for his year.

Yeah good point, a lot of teams recognized the landmine this thing was and were smart enough to stay away.

I truly think some of you are retarded. UGA, Bama, Texas, Ohio St all made this kid an offer.

Nuss seems way more scared in the pocket than Arch...Arch looked much better yesterday versus how he looked at Ohio State...the last INT yesterday could be blamed on the receiver not looking for the ball when cut...people seem to forget that he only had two starts before this year.

Recruiting busts happen all the time.

His mechanics are a complete disaster though. You have to have a cannon strapped to your shoulder like Stafford or Allen to double clutch, throw sidearmed, and throw flat footed/off the back foot and not look terrible. He doesn't have that kind of arm talent. Not even close.

He was the number 1 rated recruit from 2023. I think the internet is too complicated for a lot of you smooth brains.
