a game.

Those two examples are Florida, because that's all I can think of, but looking for any SEC team, any time. The older, the better.

Wasn't the AU kick 6 because of a penalty and saban wanted time put back on the clock or something bizarre like that?

I seen a feller get on all fours and hike his leg like a. Dog on a goal post after a touchdown once….

I remember the incident, did it cost Ole Miss the game? If so, it belongs on the wall of shame.

No penalties involved. The clock initially appeared to have run out to 0 on the prior play, so everyone thought regulation was over, they reviewed it and the runner had gone out of bounds with 1 second on the clock and they put that 1 second on

The dog piss incident is hard to beat.

Ole Miss was down 7 and scored a TD in the last few seconds to tie.... or so they thought. The pissing celebration was a 15 yard penalty which MSU enforced on the PAT try, kicker missed it just wide, Ole Miss loses by 1 pretty much directly because the pisser turned a near certain PAT into a much iffier longer one.

AJ Green’s TD celebration against LSU came back to bite them.

Legend has it that Gus sent a text to Nick the next day: “Hey, Saban. Got a second?”

Not penalty but anytime Young played QB against us the REC found a way to help them. Had him tackled for a safety and he completed a pass on his belly and refs let it stand. Wont ever forget it.

LSU was on its way to beating Arky and Rahim Alem kicks a ball but as a Dlineman.

42 total yards of penalty.

Arky wins in 2008.

Yep, didn't the FG kicker then miss the long PAT because of the flag? They lost the game by that point didn't they??

Not all based on penalties, but the 7OT game between A&M and LSU had a strange cocktail of penalties and referee calls that kept the game alive in the 4th that led to OT.

The calls were technically correct but are missed in most games. Just go back and watch the last 3 minutes of the game. Crazy events happening in just the right way to extend the game.

I don’t remember the details other than it WAS NOT the 06 Auburn game, but wasn’t there another LSU AU game where AU won on a late FG after LSU got called for some bizarre defensive holding penalty or something like that when AU had missed the FG?

I think that was 05. LSU got called for something related to jumping or leveraging off the DL to attempt the block. Re-kick was good.

I remember this being such a soft call that the refs felt bad and called an even softer celebration penalty on the ensuing LSU touchdown
