Yall buying that? Baylor plays in what is by Texas standards a glorified high school stadium (45,000). And oh yeah, their fans act like assholes. Not even clapping when an injured opponent player is helped off the field.

They ended the year on some winning streak I believe. Apparently were one game short of the big 12 championship. Also, on an unrelated note, Aranda was in trouble last week bc they media said he used the slur “midget” in a presser. Made national headlines.

I still think Auburn wins bc they have more talent on paper.

I dont think the betting oddsmakers take any teams fan's reaction to injuries into account when selecting who they think will in a game. They think Auburn is a little bit worse at football than Baylor. That's what happened.

Waco isnt Austin, they have found a way to make worse things disappear.

Baylor is a good team. Good QB and skill players. Aranda will always have a good tackling defense. I wouldn’t sleep on the Bears.

A lot of people expect Sawyer Robertson to put up big numbers this season. He is on the Davey O’brien watch list for best QB.

Baylor was favored when it opened. But all these Auburn arrests have convinced bettors that Auburn may have an edge this season. Line has moved to Auburn -1.5 to 2.

I’m currently seeing Auburn is favored

But I don’t think it’s going to be an easy game for Auburn by any measure

we pretty much scored whenever we wanted to against them last year.. our fastest receiver got separation whenever he wanted and however he wanted. their corners were garbage

Yea..I think Auburn will be better this year, not great at all, but they should beat Baylor...but it will be close til the 4th quarter.

I am guessing around 38-24 Auburn

Auburn should be the better team. Wasn’t impressed with Baylor when we played them last year at all but I know it was a bowl game and it’s a new season. I will say though they have two receivers (Josh Cameron and Hawkins maybe is the other guy’s name?) that made some crazy arse catches against us and were really good IMO.

One of my best friends from growing up went to Baylor and I was visiting with he and some of his college friends last weekend and they all seem to think that they have a chance to win the Big 12.

Auburn’s QB had the worst QB rating of any qualifying quarterback in the SEC last year. That may not be an issue for Baylor.
