Auburn pulls at our heartstrings so badly!

•Basketball gave up an 8 pt halftime lead in FF
•#1 Golf imploded in match play
•#4 Baseball swept in hosted Super
•‘14 Football team choked with 1 minute left.

I’m going to leave out the Double Dribble bc that was just a bad call.

When will Auburn get over the hump of Auburn being Auburn? We’re sooo close to the mountaintop and just slip back down the hill

UF Basketball came out of nowhere late season and kept the train rolling. Won 3 Tournament games down

I believe in Auburn and love it, but d@mn (oops) this ride sucks to always get soo close.

If we are being reasonable, being a good program means usually getting your heart ripped out. Consistently just winning it all every year isn’t really a thing.

Yes, would be awesome for one of these to have broken through. But in reality, this is what the outcome is going to be more often than not when you are a really good program. So, enjoy the ride as it happens.

Probably the fans fault since we are the constant. So maybe some of our fans should stop expecting perfection. Want perfection, desire perfection, but respect how hard it is to win championships.

I never want to lose in anything. shite I’d cheat a 5 year old to kick their arse in Chinese checkers. I’m incredibly proud of how good our programs are. No excuses. But we aren’t national champions caliber currently in football, should be much improved, we are a very good team in baseball, we are national championship level in basketball this past season and we’re close. Us and about 4 other teams. Golf I don’t know enough but probably should have won the championship.

It’s entertainment for me.

I appreciate the hard work by our teams.

Golf match play is always subject to oddities.

Baseball is streaky.

Basketball is amazing under Coach Pearl.

I do want the football team to improve enough to at least be in the playoff discussion in late November.

I love how you take a part of a sentence to make I personal. So sorry I’m proud of our teams and you aren’t. I accept the good the bad and the ugly. I don’t just celebrate the great times. Nothing will ever stop me from loving the Auburn Tigers in any sport.

I want this every year for our football. Sweet 16 or better for our basketball and Regionals or better for baseball.

You forgot about womens sports. I want them to succeed as well but it seems like we don't keep an eye on them. If we put a few bucks in say women's b-ball, softball or soccer we could become a powerhouse. We have good facilities for those sports. But it doesn't look like a priority.

I don’t think it’s about we don’t financially support the women’s teams. We just are a male sport dominated school. Even if we have a good women’s team we don’t support it. It has to be elite to get anyone to show up.

Dont really care about this one way or the other. Girls softball is the only sport that is kinda worth watching and only when its tournament time.

pride is a sin. I am happy for my teams success and I celebrate their accomplishments, but Im not basing my pride off of it. Only side walk fans do that shite

I pull for Auburn because that’s my alma mater. The winning is a bonus. Yes, it’s frustrating to watch us get blue balls in nearly every sport we participate in, but I’m in it for the long haul. frick it. It builds character.

The one positive thing about NIL is it has removed most of my emotional attachment. I still watch and want Auburn to win but I just can't get that worked up or emotionally invested if the latest group of paid mercenaries wearing the Auburn shirt don't win a game.

The one exception is basketball because of Bruce. I badly want Bruce to win a title. Once he's gone I can't see myself getting too wrapped up in it in the current environment.
