What's the general consensus from LSU fans about this football season?

Thinking that the media dorks at Media Days will pick LSU to finish second in the league, which means that LSU would be picked to make the SECCG.
LSU has a first-round quarterback who is returning, and LSU also won the portal.
Are their fans sandbagging and don't want to come across as too cocky, or are their fans generally not as optimistic as the pundits.

If LSU’s o-line ends up being above average, should be a 10-2 type season. Defense will be much improved.

I’m not optimistic personally but our realistic goal this season is to make the playoff. And if that happens, it would be great and designated progress. We don’t have the horses yet to go the distance though.
