Anyone with eyeballs could see Singleton was better. Not surprising in the least the people that actually had to catch the passes (or get ignored as they streaked wide open down the field) knew.

Satenga and Hasz seem to fit. But Armstrong led the SEC in receiving yards, and Teslaa was out of eligibility (I think, it's hard the keep up now). So I'm not sold on this one.

Singleton struggled to catch a snap.

He dropped 3 snaps all year, lost none of them, and never threw a pick. Green had 9 interceptions and 8 fumbles.

The cope from Green dickriders is insane. The offensive efficiency took a step up every single time Singleton took the field.

All of a sudden Armstrong wasn't the only one getting touches and passes would actually get thrown on target as receivers were breaking out of their routes. Now he's playing for Odom and all reports indicate that he's separated himself from the pack for the starting job there. I'm sure it's all just coincidence. He probably sucks.

I don’t remember much about last season. Was Green like KJ in the couldn’t throw an out? Or was he like KJ in that he would make a 40 yard run for a 2 yard gain instead of the 5 yard check down?

Also as far as receivers go, the only thing I know is we screwed over Teslaa by playing Broden or Saetagna at all.

3 fumbles in 27 pass attempts is a nice ratio.

KJ is a rough comparison. I don't think they're very similar. Green is definitely better than KJ. Green's issues were that he took too long to make decisions with the ball and tunneled hard on Armstrong, which is why we'd often see him throw to Armstrong in double coverage while ignoring an open Hasz/Teslaa/Sategna. He also struggled with placing the ball, particularly on crossing routes, which resulted in receivers getting lit up.

The biggest difference between Green and Singleton was timing. Singleton was just quicker with his reads, more efficient surveying the field, and was more accurate. Nobody has to take my word for it. It's all on tape.

Did we direct snap it to the running back for all the rushing plays he was on the field?

You know what else is a nice ratio? 21 of 28 and 17 yards per completion with no turnovers.

Freshman vs. Junior btw.

You never thought Pittman would select Singleton over Green did you? He stuck with KJ too long and over paid him.

Looks way better, we would probably have Hasz still. But the loyalty of Sam has been documented throughout his stint here. Why else would he brought in Enos for that abortion of a season?

Sam is/was always going to play the players with the higher nil contract.
Singleton didn't have a legit chance without an injury to Greene
