Bama really needs this one today. Have avoided sweeps all year but can’t quite win a series against a team with a pulse.

As always, thanks bigD
Some great games on the schedule today. Crazy year for the Aggies. Start of the year, everyone had that series circled on their calendar. A few weeks in, and it was penciled in as a "W", now it's back to circled with an exclamation point on it!
Wish it was raining in central Arkansas today, so I could watch games all day. Will have to settle for listening in and working outside. Darn.

Since we are playing Carolina this weekend, I would like to make a toast to ol CNB, one of the OG's on the rant who peaced out after his 100,000th post.
Rock on bud!
CNB's last post
* For clarification, he left the rant, not the world.

shite, I’m only halfway to 100k and I’ve had this account for… too long. I either need to pump up those numbers or just bow out for good.

Doyle had to leave Ole Miss because he got his arse kicked by some high schooler on a college visit.

I would say that Ole Miss broke them.
But honestly, they broke themselves.
Go to any of their fan sites and it's all a bunch of anger and bitter self loathing. They've given up.

But I genuinely think this is the bottom. They can't get worse in football. And Lebby is a good coach. He'll pull them off the mat.
And they'll get a Top Ten coach in baseball this time around. They flubbed the last hire, but that won't happen again. State baseball will be back in a Super every other year at least within a couple of years.
That's the thing about hitting rock bottom. If you can survive it, things always get better
