Force Nico to honor signed contract and return to Knoxville for appearances.

His contract ties him to local businesses. Make him fly back to Knoxville to shoot those commercials and make those scheduled appearances per his contract. He can fulfill his signed contract or buy himself out of it.

I doubt it’s safe for him there when he leaves.

No reason to get emotional though I understand Vol fans must feel like the nerd whose pretty gf just dumped his arse.
All Nico's doing is what is allowed or at least not prohibited under current rules and until the colleges figure out how to make and enforce some players gonna play . . . for pay.

Sounds like a Nico, problem, not a problem for entities he contractually agreed to accept money from in exchange for his name, image and likeness.

Do you have his contract? What are the legalities inside it? You don’t think a half decent lawyer couldn’t tie up that bullshite until he is well beyond college?
This is the wild Wild West with no rules or laws to protect anyone. Boosters and slob knobbers giving money out to get players here in college have no basis to fight.
This isn’t the NFL or any other regulated professional sport yet.
He gone, money gone. Hope this is the next stone placed for crossing the growing river

That’s the point. He doesn’t come and then it becomes breach of contract.

Why would a Knoxville business want him in their commercials right now?

No Tennessee business in their right mind would want this
guy pushing their place or product now. The Spyre Sports
Group in Knoxville probably already has their windows boarded over.

How the hell are you going to “make”
him do anything? He’s already taken your money. It’s over. F all of this bullshite.

Holy shite Tennessee fans were proud of these guys. They were spiking the ball in everyone’s face. Wonder if they have killed themselves yet?

He's contracted to do commercials, endorsements, memorabilia signings. etc. Whether or not he's physically in Knoxville is his problem. If Im a car dealership and he's contracted to be in say 2 commercials and physically be present and sign autographs on 3 occasions in person at my dealership, then he is in breach of contract if he fails to fulfill his obligations. It's not the dealerships problem he's living in another state going to college. It's Nico's.

No one can force specific performance in a services contract. You can’t contractually force a person to do something they choose not to do. You can sue that person for monetary damages for breach of contract, or hopefully included in the contract is a clawback for monies already advanced for services ultimately not performed.
