Not sure about that. I think Curley was one of their better pitchers. I think Arkansas sweeps them.

Pitching isn’t our issue right now (surprisingly). In fact it’s improved a lot.
Big problem we have is that Zabo and Burnett have gone from being two of the best players in baseball to non factors the past two series. We stranded 6 going into the 7th tied 3-3 in large part because those two couldn’t deliver at the plate. Down the whole lineup, we aren’t grinding ABs like we have done all year; just a lot of swing and miss and not drawing walks like had become a hallmark of last year and the first 30 games of this year. Felt like when Aloy hit his HR that was game and for the first time this season the team responded as such.
Went from being the most prolific offense in the league to unsure of ourselves which is a tough place to be in baseball.

I thought Curley was pretty dang good with 5 K's to 0 BB through 5 innings pitched.
The next 5 pitchers didn't measure up as they had 7 K's and 6 BB.
Arky pitchers threw 138 pitches and 90 of them were strikes. Georgia had 201 pitches and 118 strikes.

I think hogs will dip into bullpen sooner if Gaeckle doesn’t start well. He always has slow starts. Normally takes him an inning or so before he starts settling in. Hopefully Souza isn’t too much of a loss. He was really starting to produce when he got hurt

...8 days later #6 USC finished a sweep of #3 Florida in Columbia to improve to 34-6 before Finals week - which Kingston gave the whole team the week off - the program has effectively been folding ever since -

UTx @ UK. Bot 1, 2 outs. UK runner called out, close play trying to steal 2nd. Why does coach review this play? Really close but not enough to overturn the call. UK just wasted one review opportunity in the first inning.
