Tennessee and Auburn fans told us all year how great their teams were. You didn't hear all of the same kind of boasting from Florida. They kept quiet and won everything.

This is a year certain fan bases could learn from Florida.

I think Florida fans are some of the most realistic fans in all of sports. We’ve had success but also have had our hearts ripped out. So we’ve had to temper our expectations. Yes, we have some absolute idiots (hell that comes with being in the state of Florida) but I find most Gators fairly rational.

We’ve had to deal with FSU and miami fans our whole lives so we know how retarded it looks to run your mouths until and unless you actually win it all

Ole Miss fans are noisier and talk more trash (on SECR) than UF and aren't in the same universe in any category.
And I think that's probably good for the board. UF fans as a rule (not CAW) are subtle and frankly there are fewer of them. But if we had a board full of them this place would be a ghost town.
Nonetheless, I applaud UF for acting like they've been there before (which they have).
