Here's an updated list of each current SEC member's number of all time basketball wins (and win %) and where each program ranks nationally among the Top 50 college basketball programs with the most all time wins.
I only see a ranking of the Top 50 so NR denotes programs outside the Top 50 in all time wins. The link shows wins thru the end of the last completed season (2023/2024) and records are updated with each team's record this season to date.
SEC basketball programs among the Top 50 programs with the most wins all time (as of 03/25/25):
1) Kentucky - 2,446 (75.8%)
14) Texas - 1,919 (62.4%)
29) Arkansas - 1,821 (63.9%)
30) Alabama - 1,819 (62.1%)
34) Tennessee - 1,799 (61.8%)
36) Oklahoma - 1,796 (60.7%)
NR) Vanderbilt - 1,716 (57.2%)

Totally irrelevant. All that matters in college basketball legacy history is performance in the tournament.

LSU is the only fanbase in the SEC I have ever seen make this argument in large numbers.

Hmmm…I may have to rethink my position that Florida surpassed Arkansas.

Postseason history is more important but all time wins is far from irrelevant, much less "totally irrelevant". All time wins are only a part of the overall picture when evaluating a program's overall success and it is weighted accordingly which is to say not as important as conference and national championships and NCAA tourney success.
All time wins do however show a program's consistency over time although an argument could be made that all time winning % may be a better measure of consistency over time

Tell me your team is ranked towards the bottom of this list without actually saying it.

If you did this list 8 years ago, I'm ugessing AU would be 14th instead of 11th.
If you do this list next week, AU will be 10th instead of 11th.

Tell me your team has absolutely no basketball history without actually saying it.

Auburn is basically Alabama's equal since the tournament expanded and black people were allowed to play. But continue to brag about underhand shots and peach baskets lol.

Seems like when the tournament was smaller, conferences were limited to the number of teams in the tournament.
Kentucky had the SEC on lock down.

Another Bama newcomer who thinks regular season wins matter in CBB.
