Booked on felony assault charges in Georgetown (Texas) yesterday entailing impeding breathing/circulation.
As big of a fan of X as anybody so this is really disappointing to hear. Not going to link a story, it’s circulating a lot of places now. It will be interesting to see what effect this has going forward as it relates to any suspensions, what criminal ramifications would be, etc.

Last time I checked those charges got dropped due to lack of evidence so PS GFY.
If X fricked up he needs to be held accountable period.

Haha yeah, after the fiancée admitted to the assault on the cop’s arrest report and redacted her statement once she found out she wouldn’t have unlimited access to her credit card

Beard was fired quickly all things considered. Everyone I know was happy about it. No one blamed the woman. No matter what a woman says or does, if your hands go anywhere near her throat or face, it is a guaranteed felony arrest. There were rumors of Beard's girlfriend being fired as a high school coach for doing something awful to one of her players, but even if she was full on pyscho, the blame can't be placed on the woman. It is the fault of the guy.

He tried to choke a family member to death? Yeah, he should be suspended for that. Sounds like another domestic violence dispute
