Who is the weaker national champion team? 2024 OSU or 2020 Bama

1) This year there was not one team in college football that stood out and can be considered worthy of typical championship respect. Yes OSU deserves it but it is still a weak team compared to other years
2) Bama did not face one team all season that had their full roster so they faced 2nd/3rd string all season. They were the only team not to have players to opt out. This is why that season has an asterisk and Bama 2020 gets no respect as well.
Choose your weakest NC team.

Agreed! It was almost as if they had a D2 schedule

In other news, it took OT to beat the second worst bama team in the last twenty years. Last year’s Michigan team was mediocre at best

2019 LDU: Almost lost to an unpracticed/one-legged Tua as well as an Auburn program that was dismantled by Minnesota and needed an onside kick recovery to escape a subpar Texas team.
Every subsequent championship team would beat them to the drum of 42-13.

78% of starters didn’t play that year iirc. And let’s not forget the cardboard crowds

Objectively, 2020 Bama.
Ohio States receiving talent alone this year will easily outclass Bamas 2020 class in the NFL

Bama by a long shot,
Many 1st rounders sat out the entire season.

The machine went undefeated in 2020. Dumb comparison as always from the failed abortion OP

Does it matter, Pfteven? A champion is a champion. The trophy is the same, is it not?
You are insufferable in your daily quest for acceptance. I bet your dog doesn’t even like you.

I don’t think even Alabama fans can argue that their 2020 team wasn’t the least challenged, least deserving champion ever. Weakest path by half a season and no fans in attendance for any road game. Played depleted rosters.
It’s really not close.

2019 LSU gave up 30 ppg and Ohio state is light years better on defense. Ohio state probably is more talented at wr also and running back also.
