It’s like when Georgia went from Richt to Kirby.

Richt was a good coach who couldn’t get over the hump and then did well for a few seasons at Miami before retiring.

Kelly is the new miami era mark Richt.

They will get killed in the title game. Couldn't have drawn up a much easier path

Lead by a QB that Georgia Alabama and Auburn wouldn’t give the time of day

another what?

I liked mark Richt and thought he was a good coach but couldn’t take that next step.

Brian Kelly is also a good coach who will retire at LSU after a few solid seasons.

You ain't wrong.

Even on a night LSU didn't play, we're all anyone wants to talk about.

Surely LSU tried to sign him too, right?

Even with Ohio State being better than Penn State, I think that the Clemson, Arizona State and Ohio State path is quite a bit easier than Indiana, Georgia and Penn State.

Not really. They still lost to NIU and they were pretty much scheduled into the playoffs and the championship for that matter. The brackets were wildly unbalanced- I don't think this team gets past week 1 in Ohio State's place

Which is factually untrue.

Kelly had them in a title game.
