Spurrier had 3 straight 11 win seasons and won the East. I think Lou Holtz at USCe would be a better comparison.

I didn’t say he wasn’t. Point is Calipari will do good at Arkansas, but not great. Same as Spurrier as Carolina.

He won’t win a championship there but will have respectable teams, but the fans may be disappointed due to higher expectations

Calipari is 65 years old. His best coaching years are behind him. Saban was the exception in that he coached well into his '70's at the highest level.
