I am satisfied with this season, we have accomplished something no other college team has and made the playoffs two years in a row so a good year.

Let's not forget first team to complete the ny6 infinity gauntlet

Rate? I dunno
It’s a successful season no doubt but not winning a national championship after being so close again would be another missed opportunity

From a scale of 10-1 I give this season a solid 8.5
The loss to Georgia was expected by everyone before the season and even the majority right before the game, and that's exactly what happened.
The loss to Georgia AGAIN in the SECCG wasn't so easy to accept however. We played well enough to win for most of the game yet didn't get it done in the end.
Now here we are with a game still to go and the 8.5 could rise to a solid 9 with a win, drop down to an 8 if we don't.
That said if we manage to beat the Bucknuts and then send Pedo State (likely) to the showers...this season will be a 9.9. It can't be a 10 since we had the SEC championship right in our hands and let it slip away.
All in all I have very few complaints this year. Sark has improved the team culture and W/L record every year since he took over. I really can't ask for more than that. I'm also proud of the players who have endured a very long, grueling season and aren't finished yet. Our seniors and NFL guys are still wearing burnt orange deep into January, gotta love that.

Mostly agree.
NC makes it a 10.
SEC Championship would have been nice, but that was a goal, never the prize.
Texas knew what we had this year. 99% of the posters here didn’t, or wouldn’t admit it.
Texas can add the term “physically annihilated” to our long, proud history.

The funny thing if our season is an 85 out of a 100 so far, everyone else’s has to be a failing grade.

0-2 vs Milradio. Dark days ahead for LDU

We had a team good enough to win a NC and we made the playoffs, which gave us a chance to win it all.
In baseball terms, the goal is to make Omaha because you can’t win it all if you don’t., We made Omaha, so we had a good season if we come up short.
If we “get lucky” and win it all, well then we had a great season.
Simple as that.
