I am not sure if that increases UGA's bid for a title or not.

pretty weird situation for us. Beck makes some NFL throws that will make you raise your eyebrows thath gunner simply can't make. He'll also make some bone headed picks, make poor decisions, and overall isn' much of a mobile threat.

Gunner gave us some major juice with his abiliyt to keep the D honest with his legs, but being inexperienced he made (and probably will make) some bone headed mistakes too.

My hope is that with 3 weeks to prep and practice with the 1s gunner will be good enough in the decission mkaing deparmtnet to not totally hinder us. Furthermore, I think we'd be in good shape to win these next 2 games regardless of who is at QB.

If we make it to the finals agianst oregon though, we're gonna need to score. I'd probably prefer beck in that game.

Beck isn't a good QB this year. He has had some good moments.. but overall, he has been a liability.

Stockton wasn't much better, but he did find a way to keep the offense on the field. Either way, I think Georgia has a better chance with Stockton unless they get behind in a game.

They don't have the receivers to run a pro style offense with any consistency. If nothing else, Gunner forces them to rely less on the receivers.

No, odds wise, really nothing has changed for Georgia.

Hell nothing has really changed since before the kickoff of the SEC championship as far as odds for Texas or Georgia.

Georgia has actually improved a bit.

As of today on FanDuel the odds on the seven teams with any real shot to win the Championship are:

Texas +380

Oregon +380

Georgia +410

OSU +500

PSU +550

ND +850

Tenn +2500

Committee should pull them out and put Bama in instead

The spin from the committee would be something else.

Well, he is the all-time passing leader in the state if that means anything

Fortunately, Oregon just gave up 523 total yards and almost 300 rushing yards to Penn State.

Not to sound like a broken record here, but look at their schedule.

Boise almost took them to overtime at the beginning of the season.

Transitive property and all that, but Alabama beat Wisconsin 42–10. Oregon beat Wisconsin 16–13.

Point is, they may not be as good as you think.

Hate to hear that for the young man, especially from a Hail Mary in an extra game.

It is not a popular strategy, but Kirby is a bit of an anomaly in today's game. Strong D and running the ball. Hould be fun to watch against an Oregon type team.

Emphasize the LOS & be good to great in situational football. Look at the NFL. Same thing. Even for teams like the Chiefs.
