One can only hope but my guess is no he will play. This is not even a shot at him but he’s gone and we would like to see Ty Simpson get some real time in a game that is not determined if for nothing else the experience.

Probably not but as an Alabama fan I can hope. It'd be nice to prepare for the future of the program in that game by giving Simpson some valuable reps heading into 2025.

Jamarr Chase opted out of an entire season at LSU. Opting out of a bowl game would be child’s play compared to that.

I think next year's QB will be Austin Mack so if anyone plays after Milroe it will be him. Simpson playing would just be an audition for the portal.

Think they let Simpson start in the bowl game as a nod. But don't really see him as the starter next year. It will be sort of a make shift team depending on portal

Oh please let this be true !!!!! Could depend on the team Bama faces. If Milroe thinks he can build up some big stats on a cruddy team, he might want to play. But I wish he was already packing his bags.
