We tried to schedule games with them. They’re the ones that chose not to and they already had their OOC games booked few years ahead of time.

Big 12 teams (except for ISU) have a thing about not keeping in-state rivalry games when their rivals move OOC.

OU offered to play it, but OSU is currently in the midst of a continuing itsy fit because OU left them behind. Three things: 1. They only get 3 OOC games, because the B12 plays 9 conference games. 2. They are booked for the next four years, but they could schedule OU if they broke contract with UT-Martin, Murray St., W. Illinois, and SE La, but they don't want to shell out the dough to do that. 3. Last, they have P4 schools scheduled in '29 and '32-'35. They could schedule OU for '30 and '31, but they declined. They also don't want to play two P4 teams OOC, they have future series with Alabama and Nebraska.
The bottom line is that they don't want to play OU knowing that it means a "L" for 8 out of every 10 years.

They literally scheduled 2 other SEC teams when their in state rival is also in the SEC, oklahoma st is so fkin petty.

Little brother, OSU, is acting up just like aTm did when Aggies moved to SEC and refused to played Texas. Gundy and the President of OSU refuse to play the Sooners in football. They got a long series of games lined up with their new rival, the Tulsa Golden Hurricane.

With the Sooners and Whorns out of the way, OSU was planning to own the BigXII. The Sooners will end the 2024 regular season with more wins that OSU when playing Big XII teams. OSU-no wins in 9 Big XII games; OU with one win playing against one BigXII team.
