I vote we go back to blowing out teams in the first half and just relax in the second half.
All those blowout wins between 2016-2020 were so relaxing.

Welcome to the new reality. Any team in the SEC can be beaten by any other team on a given day.

There were several fans back in those years that said the games were just too boring.
I'm ok with a 31-3 halftime lead and winning 41-10.

I just want to convincingly handle teams we're supposed to handle... Look at Texas... Cupcake schedule, but they're beating those cupcakes like they should.

It happened and quite a lot actually. Dudes would complain about how boring our games were and why Saban shouldn't complain about the crowds not get up for them.

The thing that’s getting annoying is fans are forgetting that we had these types of games under Saban well into his tenure at Bama. No one seems to remember the Arkansas game in 2014 after losing to Ole Miss. Last year, we barely made it out against Arkansas and an awful Auburn team (yeah, it’s a rivalry but still)

Fans are stupid.
Vandy is actually a good team who could be undefeated and should have beaten Mizz as well.
South Carolina is a scrappy team that LSU needed a TON of ref help and a late comeback, then a missed FG to win.
Both teams are going to surprise some of these propped up teams that got ranked higher because of pre-season.
I still feel our DC is trash at 3rd and 4th down which is our main issue along with our LBs being below average quality... however those two teams are scrappers who will cause problems and both will have 7 to 8 wins minimum in a hard schedule and conference.

I said this before and I'm glad the media and some fans are starting to see this now.
All that smack talk about losing to Vandy but they aren't bad. They're actually a team who is going to surprise a couple including those LSU fans who think they're the same walkover.

FWIW, I wouldn’t watch some of the games live because the would be blow outs.
Now I have no clue what team will show up so I tune in more regularly. I think that’s fairly common amongst fans.
