Georgia’s regular season win streak was great while it lasted, and the sports writers even compared it to OUs historic 47 game winning streak that included bowl games.
But they’re not even close.

Georgia was obviously jealous of that record. It was probably on their mind when they played Bama last night.
These dudes are at least consistent of making everything tie back to a fun fact about their team I guess.

I was poking fun of OP Sooner for being proud you guys lost bc of some record their school holds is still good, that no one here even knew about.

Correct, OU played a weak arse schedule during their streak. Their big name teams were barely .500 during that time. Glad you, as an OU fan, can see UGA’s games were much tougher

If they keep adding games and expanding the playoffs you could get close by running the table back to back seasons.

The east and west were cyclic.... early to mid 90s UF UT was must watch. Then Nick changed lsu and left them strong, then revived Alabama and the Alabama LSU game was must watch. Then Tennessee took a Rip Van Winkle nap and ga has taken advantage... it's cyclic, but certainly recently, the west has had a tougher route than the east.

They were the most arrogant and obnoxious fans not realizing they only recently got a seat at the adults’ table and looks like their “dynasty” they were hoping for was over before it started.
