Is Florida getting a new modern AD?

Based simply on expectations, if the money is equal then Arkansas is the more desirable job. There are only a handful of coaches in the game that wouldn’t be fired from Florida within 4 years. And the established coaches who could handle it already have superior jobs.

Florida.
Florida's coaching staff sucks. But their roster is talented. They're 12th in the nation in the 247 talent composite this season. Arkansas is 26th. 52 blue chip players compared to 29.
It's the same reason Lane might leave Ole Miss for UF. Ole Miss even with the transfers only has 30 blue chip players.

Problem with this logic is that blue chip prospects aren't always blue chip players.
