That NIL money spent is showing up in losses and poor performance.

This is about as bad of a BAMA team I have watched in 10-15 years.

Alabama has won 2 games this season by a combined 105-16.

You have to spend it wisely. I think Miami did a good job with it this offseason. I think they are just below the top 6 teams or so.

remove the glasses. This team is not good. Yes we won, but we struggled against the friggin bulls!

But I'm talking more then just Bama. I'm talking FL, ND, and the list is long. NIL money isn't helping. They have arrived. They have little to work for...etc.

Alabama scored late to beat USF 17-3 last year and still went on to have a 12-2 season. Maybe let the season play out a bit more prior to making broad statements. Especially when the entire OL was shifted around due to injures. Not to mention a new offense still being installed.

So are you predicting a 6-6 or worse finish?

So NIL isn't helping any team? It's not helping the teams that have hoarded talent in the past, that may be true.

It's because BAMA isn't spending anymore money than they were 5 years ago, but 99% of other schools are.

Yes every school was handing out bags before but not every school had as good money laundering as SEC schools.

Now you have a level playing field, deal with it and quit your pussy-aching.

This is stupid. Alabama has been at the top of the recruiting rankings even with NIL and doesn't have a lack of talent. Do you think the game last night was because South Florida had talent equal to that of Alabama?

Does Northern Illinois have as much talent as Notre Dame? Does GT outclass FSU talent wise? Idaho and Boise St close to the talent levels as Oregon?

Of course not. Because it has nothing to do with talent levels. In fact, the talent is getting more consolidated, not less. You're just making up this narrative because it's what you want to believe.

In reality, what happens when people start making big money is they get lazy. They don't spend as much time preparing. They go out to party more on Friday nights, etc. When you give someone a lot of money, especially at that age, their priorities become a problem. And they lack the same amount of heart and determination as players before they were getting paid.

The more talented Alabama has become, the more of an issue it's been. We went from guys being hungry for that NFL money to guys already getting paid.

Other teams have the same issues. Managing these things is going to be a new part of it. It's why the NFL has a rookie cap now.

Mr. Madison, what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

Enjoy your shitty narrative.

Meanwhile, the only team that's really come close to matching the Alabama talent levels is Georgia. And they've lost 2 of the past 3 against Alabama.

Maybe you're just a dumbass.

What a sad melt. It's Deboer's 1st year and he ain't losing to ULM like the last guy did.

Look on the bright side, you could be Auburn or worse, FSU

The fact you joined this year and do not seem to have any recollection of how shitty Alabama looked against USF last season makes me question whether you are being sincere. Or are even an Alabama fan.
