I hate it when players get season ending injuries. Jayden Gibson who was playing great in practice and even last season. Young guy, supposedly it’s an ACL. I swear, you can ask any Sooner fan, we always lose key players before the season starts. Hell our best WR still hasn’t been approved from last years season ending injury from an ACL tear.

Hate it for Jayden. Next man up. Our WR room is stacked.

That sucks. We lost two starting WRs last season and it changed the offense entirely. Hopefully the impact isn’t that extreme. It’s a bad time but there’s still time to get his replacement up to speed. And here’s to a full recovery.

Damn, all trolling and animosity aside, genuinely hate that for him and for you guys. Aside from obviously being terrible for the dude, it takes some luster off of our best vs your best. Hope OU can stay injury-free outside of this for the game on 11/9. I will now recede back into my fan persona...

I just blacked out for 10 seconds, F you and such.

Mizzou fans don't know how to be decent people. We understand.

He was running 3rd or 4th WR right?

That’s the deepest part of OUs team. No big loss

He was set for a breakout this year. We know what we have in Burks and Anderson but Gibson offered unique length. He really started to come into his own last year. Agreed, his loss doesn't sink the WR room but He would have made it that much better.

Maybe LOADED but not experienced enough to step in to start right away would be my guess.

And, not SEC, but Notre Dame lost their left tackle the other day.

ND and Nebraska lost their best OL this week. ND lost the guy that was a high draft pick. They will be starting a true freshman and 2 other new starters against A&M.

I have A&M winning by double digits.
