The way Florida's sentencing guidelines work, you can get caught cultivating twice and still get 18 months of drug offender probation. The math is there for a 3rd without jail time, but I'm not trying to press my luck
Agiye got hit up under 893.135, which is trafficking, but it doesn't carry triple the sentencing points of the 893.13 violations I've committed. After all, who can a grower snitch on, his seed guy
