Smael Mondon and Bo Hughley catch charges for reckless driving, Smael for racing.
At this point, we need to start our own sanctioned NASCAR team because they’re clearly not going to fricking knock it off

They should both get booted imo. This has gone far enough and clearly the internal discipline is not setting enough of a tone.
I know 18-22 year olds act a fool, but my friends weren’t repeating grossly reckless behavior after it directly led the deaths of our other friends.

Kick smael off the team. shite is embarrassing.
Going to end up costing the University and program a lot when one of these idiots kill someone.

It doesn’t help the pending lawsuits in any way either.
You would think having team mates die because of it already would calm the urge.

Interested to see the details coming out about this, but it’s unbelievably embarrassing for the university and football program at this point.

agree.
Bo's just said reckless driving so who knows what that actually means, could be anything.
Smael is supposed to be a senior leader and he's racing? GTFO. He was already getting passed by Raylen and CJ anyway

Has been for a long time, but too many people wanted to use the "boys will be boys" bullshite to excuse this behavior.
Anyone caught street racing should have their license revoked for life. Street racing without a license should be punishable with a 25 year prison sentence.

The negative recruiting angle potential is getting out of hand.

I don’t understand how this keeps happening. I can’t think of another program that is in the news every 6 weeks with a new player getting arrested for the same genre of crime over and over again. Unreal.

Do you follow other programs?

I am fine if Kirby kicks anyone off for street racing.
That means Mondon as well...
Just stupid for them to be doing this at this point for any reason.

It’s 100% time to kick someone off the team. This is gross insubordination at this point.

I literally mentioned to my friend earlier this week the difference in this offseason and last. This has been so quite( excluding Eteine (sp)), these kids have bought into whatever the staff is asking of them, and this happens!
I’ll learn to keep my mouth shut, it’s like Fight Club! You don’t talk about it!

After losing Devin Willock & a staffer to this very behavior, it would've seemed like that should've been the end of it.

If other programs had this same issue I guarantee we’d all know about it. It’s national news at this point

Would your employer fire you for this offense?
Possibly.
I hire delivery drivers and this would be a serious issue for them as it pertains to keeping their job.
If my secretary did this. Not so much.
I don't see Kirby kicking them off for this first(?) offense.
Having said this, Hughley better watch it because he is a 3rd or 4th string freshman tackle. Monden is a proven stud that will get more chances.
