Jay Johnson is a pipe dream so let’s just not waste our time on that.

I’m hoping we reach out to Heefner personally. He’s number 1 on my list.

Who you got?

Heefner would be a HR, but I don't think he's everleaving DBU. If so, he'd already have gone to Baylor (jmo).

It will be somebody that is mid-level and cheap. The money is going to the players from now on

Matt Deggs is a solid coach, a very likeable guy, and frick ULL.

Godwin has done more with less. That would be a great hire

I would hate to lose him, but Josh Elander would be my first call.

There are some people in Oxford that will hand-deliver you a national championship winning coach if you will have him.

Elander would be mine as well. However, I doubt Trev is competent enough to make that call.

Correct. He’s not looking to go anywhere.

It would be the final box check in his redemption story, but I hope like hell he doesn’t want to leave the Cajuns

I’d like to recommend Arkansas hitting coach Nate Thompson

I could see them throwing a pile of cash at Nick Mingione to leave UK.

Hasn't been a HC since Oklahoma State fired him 12 years ago. No one is looking to hire him as a HC.
