That was Battle’s dumbass fault. Can’t fault Nike for getting a good deal if Battle was serving it up.

Jumpman is Nike. Just slap another logo on Nike and it's now Jumpman.
I don't really like Jordon on Alabama jerseys but Alabama is going to get the biggest contract possible to keep up with / set the market. Especially after how we've been screwed with the last contract.

There used to be a poster that had Jordon in their name, and he always got the you spelled it wrong replies. Twas a mere tribute to them. As a swimmer I wasn't fond of the ginormous swoosh on my arse. Rotate that jump man logo to the front and it gets pretty hysterical in my book

That last contract was maybe the most idiotic contract in the history of endorsements. I’m certain that UA is now in negotiations with Nike since the contract is up in 2025. Greg Byrne is 1000X more competent than Bill Battle is/was, so I expect a much, much lucrative contract this time.
Personally, I don’t care who offers the most, Nike/Jordan, Under Armor or Adidas. Whoever offers the best deal. The kids seem to like Nike/Jordan the most, so there is that angle.

It’s stupid to have a basketball player playing basketball on a football jersey. No thanks. I’m not buying that. Though most of my Bama gear nowadays is Homefield anyway.
