For college gameday coverage for a potential matchup with bama that week when he still has an office with the tide?

I'm pretty sure they don't care.

I can see what you mean but that's a stretch. ESPN probably is gonna do their best to prevent some sort of conflict of interest.

Didn’t they already do this with Urban Meyer?

Sure CUM didn’t have an office at Ohio State yet, but everyone knew the program he always wanted to coach, and he was far from actual retirement compared to Saban.

SDS, Saban Derangement Syndrome, really is an epidemic. It is a such a common affliction in one certain geographic area and is very contagious. I wish you the best of luck in your treatment.

Just admit you’re absolutely terrified of Saban teaming up with DeBear

Lil’ Nicky is a Bama/ESPN secret agent sworn to cause angst in the sad state of
“L”ouisiana.

Coaches don't think like fans. Coaches care way more about money, opportunity, and their perception in the coaching fraternity than they ever will about any particular program.

If Saban went to watch Oklahoma practice during Bama week and saw Barry Switzer out there helping them install the fricking wishbone to surprise the Tide, he wouldn't say shite about it to DeBoer, Wommack, or whoever.

Bama doesn't need Sabans input. They already have the referees in their pocket!

Hell to the naw! Every rule change he ever proposed was to benefit his team. You don't break a bias like that overnight.

Nick has had access for years. The REC did the work for him.

Brian Kelly has already offered his house to Coach Saban the week of the BAMA game.

What this place really needs are a few more threads about Alabama football coaches.
