Maybe so, but it won’t be Tenn to bring them down.

If this is the end of the NCAA, let’s hope they take Tennessee down with them.

This is shortsighted.

Leagues need control and a ruling authority to enforce it.

If not the NCAA, then what? Another governing body would have to emerge and deal with the same issues.

NCAA is the devil we know. They do need to restructure and make bylaws in accordance with the existing environment of college football.

I don’t get it when people say that they want to get rid of the NCAA. Get rid of the NCAA and replace it with what? An association of all of the colleges and universities in the US with sports teams to set up rules that everyone is supposed to follow? That’s what the NCAA is. The NCAA is just all the schools.

I have a question for anyone who can answer this. Like who is on the board of directors for the ncaa? How many people are on it? What colleges did these directors graduate from? I've never heard anyone say.

While I'm not a fan of the NCAA, I like the move they're making with enforcing their one NIL rule (no pay for play). I think it will be good for the sport. If Tennessee's lawsuit is successful and that one rule gets removed I agree that it will kill the NCAA. It will also be very damaging for college football, so I'm hoping it doesn't happen.

I believe the NCAA or whatever replaces it needs to keep pay for play against the rules for NIL. NIL deals need to be reigned back to be about advertising and endorsements, not getting a bunch of money from boosters to play for a school which is where NIL is now.

I have no problem with that. But killing the Tenner program on the way down would be the cherry on top.
