This is what I would assume, but I could be high or low on expectations from most of you obviously.

Georgia- Every year.

Alabama- Every year.

LSU- three out of four years.

Texas- three out of four years.

Oklahoma- three out of four years.

Tennessee- Two out of four years.

Auburn- two out of four years.

Texas A&M- two out of four years.

Florida- (this is once they get decent again, whenever that is) two out of four years.

Ole Miss- two out of five years.

Mizzou- two out of five years.

S. Carolina, Kentucky, Arkansas- one in four

MSU- one in five

Vandy- bowl eligibility is good enough.

Is 2 out of 4, the same as 1 out of 2?

I’d guess we’d make the playoffs occasionally. We seem to have a great team about 1 in 7 years or so.

I’ll say 1 in 5-10 years.

I will be surprised if any conf gets more than 3 in the first 2 years. Thats how long the current agreement remains. The AQs may change after that.

I do expect UGA to be in that 3 for the foreseeable future.

Bama, LSU, Texas are in a group of at least 1 of them will make it every year

OU, Auburn, UT, Ole Miss are in that group of at least 1 of them will make it 3/5 years

I would put Mizz in that group, I want to believe; I just don’t know that I do.

Texas AM and UF should be in that group; but they gotta do something.

UK, USC, MSU, Ark.. let’s say 1/10 years 1 of them goes on a run.

Vandy.. let’s just get the stadium open first and go from there.

This can mean two things:

Expect as in these are the goals I reasonably expect our team should be able to make under normal circumstances?

Or

Expect as in I’ve accepted reality and these are the results I actually expect our team will reach?

At least for Arkansas, these two definitions lead to two different expectations!

Anyone who expects their team to be in every year is asking too much. It will take 2 or fewer losses in a very rough SEC schedule

I would move Ole Miss up to 3 of 5 and Alabama down to 3 of 5.

It's unreasonable to expect any team to make the playoffs every year.

Now that it’s 12 every other year. LSU has too much in place to not slide in. Our insane schedule worries me next season though.

You know how they call the Americas Cup... The Americas Cup... Because America won it every year*. I expect the playoffs to be changed to the Alabama Cup

* Current history on design changes not withstanding

I believe that’s a fair assessment. We all hope it’s every year but even this year we wouldn’t have made it in.

With Texas coming in it kind of changes the outlook for many teams as they are a solid program so far although I do believe their win over the Sabanites was slightly overblown.

That's courageous.. but we haven't sniffed 12th place by the end of the year in a long time. Has Auburn finished even ranked in the last 5 or 6 years?

Would be great though.
