I'm terrified. Moffitt is the only S&C coach in the country (maybe the world!) who knows how to properly train young athletes. I would say he should write a book, but who wants the secret out for everyone to see?
I'm expecting a rolling maroon ball of thick forearms, striated glutes and butcher knives lining up against our poor Longhorns who only lift if the music is right and run only when the weather allows. Doomed.
