Wasn’t he just hired back today?
Oh dang. Just saw he turned down Bama.

I think saban retiring actually hurts Kirby more than anyone.
99% of the the dna of the program is shite saban came up with and most of Kirby’s hires have been siphoning off old saban staff. We’ll see going forward.
Congrats on trob.

I'm afraid you've underestimated them. Schumann in strong consideration for LBer coach.

I'm going to start this post and update it as names are added. It's not complete and for certain things (like will we have a DC, or co-DCs, etc.) we'll just have to wait until official announcements are made.

OC/QB: Ryan Grubb
RB: Robert Gillespie
WR: JaMarcus Shephard
TE: Nick Sheridan
OL: Scott Huff
--
DL: Freddie Roach
ILB: William Inge, Kane Wommack, Robert Bala, Glenn Schumann
OLB: D.J. Durkin
S: Chuck Morrell, Jesse Minter
CB: Phil Parker, Jim Leonhard
ST: Joe Cox?
OFF-FIELD STAFF (names in bold are confirmed, names in Italics are coaches we've heard are under firm consideration):
GM: Courtney Morgan
RC/RA: Jerret McElwain
QC/ST: Paul Creighton

Current as of 1:38 p.m., Jan. 15. We will continue to update as necessary.

I'd rather T-Rob just go somewhere else. Deboer needs to do some house cleaning, players and coaching. No one wants to believe it but Saban had been makings some bad decisions and cornered himself in several areas. I am glad Saban knew it was time for a change.

Kirby kicked Saban in the nuts.
Twice.
Twice.

I heard TRob took a picture of their recruiting board on the way out.
Bama fricked

Sounds like he wasn’t promised full control to me. Nobody isn’t taking the sole DC job at Alabama to be a CO-DC

That butterball is something else.

Dude is overrated as a DC, good recruiter tho

They offered him even more, and he still told them to frick off.

Talk about taking someone's lunch money.

T-Rob was with Muschamp since 2011 and only parted when SC terminated Muschamp. He is under Will’s wing and secure in Athens.
The only lunch $$$ you got from Bama is spare change you picked up off the floor and it would not buy a can of Spam!
Hairy Dawg continues to think too much of himself.

Take some low-T to reject being a coordinator for a “co-DC” position
Didn’t realize he was that much of a pussy
