Roach and Gillespie is huge imo. Keep the D line in tact along with our RBs. Also great recruiters in this area.
Btw Locked on Bama podcast saying that T Rob returning as a DC is a possibility. Not saying it’s likely or probable but that if he were offered the main DC position he could return.

Those guys have been wrong on just about everything that they report on. They said that Evan Stewart would transfer to Bama.

It’s not really a “report” regardless. It’s someone hearing through the grapevine that he’s a potential candidate and he’d return if offered. That’s it. Doesn’t mean anyone’s reported it to actually happen.
I posted it because the thought of getting him back in that role would be pretty exciting imo. It’d be a win. That’s wishful thinking of course.

Statistically they weren't impressive. Their best unit was their scoring defense at 54th. Run defense at 58th nationally. They ranked 117th in passing yards allowed, 84th in red zone defense, and were 96th in totally defense.
Their passing defense was the worst part of their team. They had 16 ints, which would have put them probably in the top 15 nationally.
Nothing there seems like you would want get those coaches.

You mentioned using more motion, misdirection earlier… I think getting our intermediate passing game on track would help. Maybe more trap blocking schemes? We need a solid center.
