All of their boards are saying it. Congrats Bama, you got yourselves a coach!

If this is true Harsin is off the hook for the shittiest SEC hire in the past 20 years

Wikipedia says Tuberville.

Good hire, be interesting to see how he does in the SEC.

What he did at Washington was great but damn this is a terrible fit culturally.
I wonder if Will Rogers will transfer to Bama now

Could also be the Seahawks

When we hired Harsin, he had no existing relationships with high schools in the south. He didn’t understand what it takes to be successful in recruiting in this league. DeBoer has coached in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, California, South Dakota, and Washington. He’s never been close to the southeast.

It’s always been Lane IMO.

We need another OT and another RB wouldn’t hurt. You know what to do Lane.

Culture fit stuff is so stupid
From what I’ve seen his teams are very well coached, will be a major challenge following Saban but 104-12 or whatever he has been speaks for itself

Sabans recruiting class first day of classes was yesterday so what’s your point?

DeBoer is obviously a much better coach than Harsin was or will ever be, but it would worry me a little if I were an Alabama fan.
You gotta get SEC guys on staff to feed the recruiting machine, but the school dictating staff hires never works.
