Oh I’ve been there. Attended the 2002 Cotton Bowl between OU and Hogs but it was about 20 degrees and I believe kickoff was at 10 am central time on New Year’s Day. OU won 10 to 3.

I was at that game. Coldest I've been in my entire life. Had to buy an overpriced hoodie at that one for an extra layer.
