I realize you’re not capable of being objective about this, and I don’t want to put too much pressure on your brain, but if there are three P5 schools that are undefeated and there are 4 CFP spots, those three undefeated teams get in. Not a team that got blown away at home by the other 1 loss team.
If you’re saying Florida State can’t compete because they have a backup in at QB, then there’s no need to even have the playoffs. Why play the games if the committee is judging teams by how they could play in the future?
