A look back at some spring Bobo threads

I was on the Bobo train from the beginning

That dude put up 40ppg under Richt and I knew if our D was anywhere near our previous defensive teams, we would still blow out teamS.

My guess on D was we need to keep it to around 14ppg and we would essentially look like the dominate team

Low and behold, we are 40 on O and 14 on D

That is killer...

I can understand the apprehension of those hires.

Bobo didn't exactly set the world on fire at CSU and Auburn, and Searels' line at North Carolina wasn't particularly impressive.

This also comes after the Coley internal promotion that was a total disaster.

With that said, both coaches have been great since they have been here. At some point, fans should place trust in Kirby and the staff when it comes to evaluating coaches and talent.

My take posted in the second linked Bobo thread--The threepeat is on. And it is on big time.

I guess I didn’t participate. Didn’t really care about this season yet after two in a row.

I seem to recall our offense was really humming with Bobo. Alot of folks were really upset he left. Alot said if he wouldn’t have left, Richt probably would have coached longer. History would have been altered and never happened. He has tons of talent and will be ok.

The ones from when he was first hired as an analyst and all of the "I don't want Bobo anywhere around our program" are even more epic.
