Beast of a second half by Nelson. Blocking/tipping the last ditch attempt after his own missed free throw was just a glorious way for him to end it.

I am beginning to think after we lost to Tenn. Oats took his foot off the gas to give us a rest. We couldn't go higher than a 4 seed (see Auburn who won the SEC) so maybe we just needed the time to regroup baby.

Crying real tears right now...
Not many people gave this team a chance.
Not many of OUR fans gave this team a chance tonight without Latrell Wrightsell Jr.
BUT
These guys proved everybody wrong.
How about OUR DEFENSE! These guys literally flipped a switch on defense.

We just beat North Carolina and it wasn't because we got hot and had that one in a million game..we were just better and tougher. Not even sure how, but I just watched it

Big ups to Griffen. He held RJ Davis in check. Most of his points were from the charity stripe. And Griffen shot it well while playing GREAT defense.
